MAMBA Men’s Clinics

Performance. Longevity. Confidence.

Understand your options. Plan your care. Know what comes next.

One connected approach.

MAMBA coordinates the men’s health pathway. Grow Hair MD names the hair-restoration pathway within the offering. Participating host clinics provide the local setting and available hands-on services; the treating clinician is responsible for clinical assessment, consent, treatment and follow-up.

Virtual to in-person care.

Start with appropriate virtual consultations while physically in Ontario. If your plan requires an examination or procedure, the team helps connect you with an appropriate participating clinic. Services and clinicians differ by location; no location should be assumed to offer the entire menu.

MAMBA 360 / two distinct steps

A screening score is not a diagnosis.

Your free online Health Score

For adults exploring men’s health and performance concerns. The questionnaire covers sexual function, libido, energy, sleep, mood, strength, body composition, general health, symptoms, previous treatments, lifestyle and goals. Relevant medical history, medications and bloodwork inform the later clinical conversation.

The preliminary score summarizes your own answers. It does not establish a hormone condition, diagnose ED, assess emergency risk or rule out illness. A reassuring score does not mean symptoms should be ignored.

Your clinician assessment

A separate consultation reviews your history, concerns and relevant results. The clinician may arrange appropriate testing, an in-person examination or referral, then discuss personalized recommendations. Your care team explains how to access your plan and any private-treatment quote.

After submission, you can review education and your portal. Requested consultations require coordinator confirmation. Testing, prescriptions and procedures are not automatic, and medication or external laboratory charges are separate unless explicitly included.

Progress can be reviewed alongside symptoms, side effects and results during agreed follow-up. Only the responsible clinician makes clinical decisions and treatment changes.

Your patient journey.

  1. 01

    Inquiry & free screening

Tell us your concerns and preferred location. The free Health Score helps organize self-reported wellness priorities; it is not a diagnosis.

  2. 02

    Coordinator & pre-visit preparation

The team reviews your request and confirms booking details. Complete the requested intake forms, list medications and allergies, and bring previous bloodwork or procedure details through the clinic’s approved process.

  3. 03

    Clinician consultation & testing

A licensed clinician reviews your history and decides whether bloodwork, examination or referral is needed. Virtual care is available while you are physically in Ontario; required in-person assessment is coordinated separately.

  4. 04

    Written recommendations & quote

Discuss your individual options, evidence, limitations and alternatives. Review your treatment plan, the provider, location, itemized quote and any membership or deposit terms before committing.

  5. 05

    Preparation, treatment & aftercare

Follow the treating clinician’s preparation instructions. Your appointment includes a consent discussion and the confirmed treatment only. Ask for written aftercare, restrictions and a contact for concerns.

  6. 06

    Progress & ongoing support

Follow-up reflects the treatment and your needs. Quarterly check-ins may support an agreed ongoing-care plan; they do not replace clinician assessment or emergency care. Further tests, referrals and treatment changes are clinician-directed.

Know who is caring for you.

Your patient coordinator

Helps finalize intake information, confirm requested appointments, explain practical next steps and coordinate your care. Coordination is not a clinical diagnosis or a prescribing service.

Your consulting clinician

Reviews your history, results and goals, determines suitability and arranges appropriate treatment or referral. Ask for the clinician’s name, credentials, role and location before your visit.

Your treating professional

Delivers only the services within their authorized scope and explains consent, preparation, aftercare and follow-up. The team confirms who will actually perform each procedure.

Named clinician biographies, credentials, service scope and introduction videos are published only once approved. A proposed launch date is not confirmation of clinician availability.

Practical questions.

Which treatment is right for me?

A consultation explores your symptoms, goals, medical history and alternatives. Online descriptions are education, not a recommendation for a particular procedure.

What happens at the first consultation?

Your clinician reviews concerns, previous treatment, medications, allergies and relevant results. They explain any examination, testing or referral needed before discussing treatment and a written quote.

Can I start virtually?

Appropriate consultations and results reviews can take place virtually while you are physically in Ontario. Hands-on treatments and required examinations happen in person at an appropriate participating location.

Do I need bloodwork or a referral?

Not everyone needs the same tests. Your clinician decides what is appropriate. Ask the team whether a referral is required for the specific clinician or service you need.

Is every treatment available at both locations?

No. Services, equipment, treating professionals and appointments differ by clinic. Ask your chosen Oshawa or Kitchener location to confirm the actual service and provider. Partnership or expansion discussions do not establish additional operating locations.

What will treatment cost?

Request an itemized written quote showing the treatment, product quantities, number of visits, follow-up, taxes and additional charges. Working package and model prices are not confirmed public offers.

What is included in membership?

Review the current MAMBA and Unlimited descriptions together with the signed agreement. Allowances, eligible services, intervals and clinic availability apply. Unlimited does not mean unrestricted injectables or every treatment.

Are medications or laboratory fees additional?

They are separate unless expressly included in your written agreement. The team explains which program or coordination services are covered and what is billed separately.

Can I receive treatment without membership?

Ask the team about a standalone consultation or treatment quote. Clinical suitability applies whether or not you choose a membership.

What preparation or downtime should I expect?

It depends on the procedure, area, product or device and your medical history. Obtain specific preparation, activity restrictions, expected recovery and aftercare instructions from your treating clinician.

How are follow-up appointments arranged?

Your clinician specifies the review interval and testing requirements. The coordinator helps with booking and further referrals where appropriate; contact the team for changes, side effects or refill needs.

How is my information handled?

The team uses the information you submit to respond to your request and support care. Ask for the clinic’s current privacy notice, consent options, record-access process and approved way to send sensitive records. Do not send medical records in an initial general inquiry.

What are the booking, cancellation and refund terms?

Request the current terms for your specific appointment, treatment, model offer or membership before payment. Deposit use, refunds, cancellations, rescheduling and renewal must be confirmed in writing; terms from a different offer should not be assumed to apply.

How do I contact the team?

Use Our Clinics for clinic details and help with appointments. Patients can complete the online assessment without accessing a portal. Email and text messages are not emergency services.

When should I seek urgent help?

Do not wait for an online screening or clinic message for an emergency. Call 911 for severe or life-threatening symptoms. An erection lasting more than four hours, sudden severe genital pain, or sudden vision changes or severe pain after filler needs urgent medical assessment.
