Request a preferred time and choose a text message or phone call to finalize your information.

After your coordinator review, we send information about what we do, videos and the consultation form.

$100 deposit
Staff sends payment instructions when you are ready to move forward. Deposit terms are confirmed before payment.

Doctor appointment
Once your deposit is confirmed, our team books your appointment with the doctor.

What does 50% off apply to?
Selected model treatments are offered at 50% off the clinic’s regular treatment price. Your coordinator confirms the eligible treatment, regular price, model price, inclusions, and deposit terms in writing before you commit.
Will my identity or treatment be shared publicly?
Your privacy is respected. Any photography, video, teaching participation, or public use must be explained and separately agreed before participation. Tell your coordinator your privacy preferences before deciding whether an opportunity is right for you.
Do I have to pay to apply?
No payment is collected with the application. After coordinator review, the team sends treatment information and, when you are ready, $100 deposit instructions. Your doctor appointment is booked after the deposit is confirmed.
Does applying guarantee a treatment?
Selection, clinician assessment, and clinic availability determine whether you can participate. Applying does not guarantee a procedure, prescription, or outcome.
